Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the hoverboard in its original retail packaging, including all chargers, manuals, and accessories to ensure full credit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our dedicated UK testing facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
